Pregnant women are almost always resenting the in-anticipation period. Morning sickness is the term given to the feeling of nausea and vomiting when the woman is pregnant. This type of heaviness is felt generally in the morning when the blood sugar level is down. However, it must not be thought that morning sickness can occur only in the morning. During the first few weeks of pregnancy, pregnant women experience nausea, vomiting along with a little dizziness. This is the onset of what is called as morning sickness. Moms know how notorious and unlikely such a condition is. What is worse is the fact that in most women, morning sickness during pregnancy can be inevitable.  Episodes of such sicknesses can be felt through the day, right up to late afternoon.

But no matter how unlikely and how common morning sickness becomes, there is much good news. Morning sickness can still be relieved, but only if the affected women would just be aware and be willing to take the necessary and recommended measures. Here are some simple guidelines that can be considered quick and easy activities aimed at relieving the inconvenient and very unlikely morning sickness. Before you spend a significant amount of money to a doctor medication, it would be better if you would first try out the following.

    * Provide adequate amounts of Vitamin B to your body. Nausea in morning sickness can be directly linked and attributed to lack of the vitamin in your system. Foods rich in Vitamin B are salads, vegetables, seafood, bananas and wheat. You could also access the vitamin through recommended and doctor-prescribed food supplement.

    * Extract from curry leaves can also be a good home remedy for morning sickness. To make a good solution that is to be taken three to four times a day, mix curry leaves with lemon juice and honey. A juice from lemon and mint can also be a good home remedy.

    * It is always advantageous if you take a balanced diet. Improper nourishment is of course a key factor to making the situation worse. To avoid worsening of the morning sickness situation, eat small meals frequently. Rather than eating two to three big meals each day, it would be better if you would eat five to six small meals each day. Doing so would also alleviate and help prevent weight problems.

    * It may be hard, but it would be better if you would as much as you can avoid indulging in fried and spicy foods. Such consumables can really get tough and unlikely on your digestive system.

    * Put two spoonfuls of a special juice called bael into the rice while you cook. The scent and aroma of the juice would be helpful in avoiding discomfort especially in the morning.

    * Immediately consume crackers and biscuits along with ginger or mint tea when you wake up each day. Doing so is proven to help prevent and halt morning sickness because doing so significantly helps lower blood sugar levels.

    * Take tea, food, paste or ale with ginger or lemon. Ginger and lemon are excellent home remedies for morning sickness manifestations. The strong odors of the two are also effective in waking up and pacifying the senses. At the onset of nausea, immediately smell ginger of peel lemon and see how your morning sickness is instantly thwarted.

    * Other nausea prevention substances include spearmint, horsemint and peppermint. The fragrances and flavors of these are effective in alleviating morning sickness nausea.
